CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT
An effective Classroom Management Plan is essential to create a safe and successful learning environment for your child. I believe it is important for the parents to know what my expectations are in our class and the way I manage my classroom to ensure your child's success. For instance, each day your child will come home with a slip that is either green, blue, yellow, orange, or red. After reading this section, you will know exactly what your child did to earn the color they brought home. Students bring home a colored slip indicating which color they earned for the day.
Students always start each day on yellow, for "mellow yellow." If your child brings yellow home, this means that your child behaved, but didn't go the extra mile to demonstrate our school values to adults and classmates.
